Artwork Upload Guidelines

To ensure your transfers look their best, please follow these artwork guidelines before uploading your design. Proper file setup helps us print your DTF gang sheets with sharp detail, vibrant colors, and smooth edges.

File Format & Resolution

  • File Type: PNG only

  • Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch)

  • Background: Transparent background (unless you want a colored background printed)

  • Color Profile: CMYK is recommended for accurate colors

👉 Important: If your file has a background color, it will print exactly as uploaded. Be sure to remove unwanted backgrounds.

Artwork Quality

  • Size: Upload artwork at the exact size you want it printed. Enlarging small, low-resolution images may result in blurriness.

  • Clarity: Avoid pixelated or blurry images. Designs should be clean and high quality.

  • Fonts & Text: Convert text to outlines or flatten layers to avoid font issues.

Gang Sheet Setup

  • Maximum Width: 22 inches (length can be as long as needed)

  • Multiple Designs: You can fit as many designs as you like onto one gang sheet. Arrange them neatly with at least 0.25" spacing between each design for easier cutting.

  • Orientation: Ensure all artwork is facing the correct direction before uploading.

Color Considerations

  • We print in full color (CMYK) using eco-friendly inks.

  • Neon, metallic, glitter, or specialty effects cannot be reproduced unless ordered under specialty DTF options.

  • For best accuracy, avoid low-opacity elements or shadows that may appear faint when pressed.

Common Mistakes to Avoid

❌ Submitting low-resolution (72 DPI) web images
❌ Uploading files with hidden or unwanted backgrounds
❌ Using RGB colors that don’t translate well to CMYK
❌ Forgetting to size artwork correctly before upload
