1. General Information

DTF 2 Print is located at 22 Derby Dr, Van Alstyne, TX 75495. These Terms of Service apply to all users of our website, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Products & Services

We specialize in custom DTF gang sheet printing. Because each order is custom-made, slight variations in color or finish may occur. We strive to represent products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of color will match the final printed product exactly.

3. Artwork & File Requirements

Customers are responsible for submitting correct artwork. All designs must be:

  • PNG files at 300 DPI with transparent backgrounds (unless a background color is desired).

  • Sized exactly as you want them printed.

DTF 2 Print is not responsible for errors in uploaded artwork, including low resolution, unwanted backgrounds, or incorrect sizing.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

5. Turnaround Time

Most orders are produced within 24–48 hours. Larger orders may require additional time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. DTF 2 Print is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Shipping & Pick Up

  • Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100.

  • Standard shipping fees apply to smaller orders.

  • Local customers may select Pick Up In-Store at checkout.

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, DTF 2 Print is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

7. Refund & Return Policy

Because every order is custom-printed, all sales are final. Refunds or reprints are only offered in cases of:

  • Production errors (such as misprints or wrong sizing caused by us).

  • Defective transfers.

  • Wrong item sent.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue for resolution.

8. Heat Press Application

Customers are responsible for correctly applying transfers to garments. We provide detailed [Pressing Instructions], but DTF 2 Print is not liable for damages caused by incorrect application, improper equipment, or failure to follow instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the design. DTF 2 Print assumes no liability for copyright or trademark violations in customer-submitted artwork.

10. Limitation of Liability

DTF 2 Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
