1. What is DTF printing?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a process that prints your artwork directly onto a special transfer film using high-quality inks. The transfer is then applied to fabric using a heat press. Unlike screen printing or vinyl, DTF allows for full-color, photo-quality designs with gradients, small text, and fine details.

2. What is a gang sheet?

A gang sheet is a single sheet of film that contains multiple designs. You can place as many images as you want within the sheet size, which saves time and money. Gang sheets are popular with apparel businesses and creators who need multiple logos, graphics, or artwork printed at once.

3. What file format should I upload?

We require PNG files at 300 DPI with a transparent background. This ensures crisp details and vibrant colors. If your file has a background color, it will print exactly as uploaded, so please remove any unwanted backgrounds before submitting.

4. Do you provide design help?

Yes. If you need help setting up your gang sheet or preparing your file, our team can assist you. We can guide you on proper sizing, placement, and resolution to ensure your transfers press perfectly.

5. What fabrics do DTF transfers work on?

Our DTF transfers are extremely versatile. They work on:

  • 100% cotton

  • Polyester and blends

  • Fleece and hoodies

  • Most other fabrics, both light and dark

This flexibility makes DTF ideal for custom apparel of all types.

6. How durable are your transfers?

Our transfers are wash-tested and built to last. With proper pressing, they can handle dozens of washes without cracking, peeling, or fading. They remain flexible and vibrant, even on stretch fabrics.

7. How do I apply DTF transfers?

We recommend the following heat press settings:

  • Temperature: 300–320°F

  • Time: 10–15 seconds

  • Pressure: Medium to firm

  • Peel: Cold peel — let the transfer cool completely before peeling the film

  • Final Press: Repress for 5–10 seconds with a Teflon sheet for best durability

8. How fast will my order be ready?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Larger bulk orders may take slightly longer, but we always aim to keep turnaround quick so you can keep your business moving.

9. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100. If your order is under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply. Local customers may also select in-store pick up at checkout.

10. Can I pick up my order in person?

Absolutely. Customers near V2305 S State Hwy 121, Ste 145, Lewisville, TX 75067, United States can choose Pick Up In-Store at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Just bring your order number when you come to collect.

11. Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. We welcome wholesale and bulk orders for businesses, schools, and apparel shops. If you need a large volume of transfers, contact us for special pricing and support.

12. What is your refund policy?

Since each order is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part. If your order is damaged or printed incorrectly, we will gladly reprint or refund it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
