Refund policy
At DTF 2 Print, every order is custom-printed just for you. Because each transfer is made to your specific artwork and sizing, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, uploading the wrong file, or changing your mind after production begins.
That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom DTF transfers (all gang sheets and prints)

Items damaged by improper heat pressing or garment preparation

Orders where artwork was uploaded incorrectly by the customer
Since transfers are printed exactly as files are submitted, please double-check your artwork before uploading.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly due to our mistake, we will gladly reprint or refund your order at no extra cost.
Examples include:

Misprints or incorrect sizing caused during production

Defects in the film or ink quality

How to Request a Refund or Reprint

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Include clear photos of the defective or incorrect product.

Our team will review your claim and issue a resolution as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs

If your reprint or refund is due to a DTF 2 Print error, we cover shipping.

If the issue is due to an incorrect file upload or customer error, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order if production has not started. Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible.
Final Note
At DTF 2 Print, we stand behind the quality of our products. While custom items cannot be returned, we will always make it right if there is an error on our part. Our goal is to provide transfers you can press with confidence.
