Processing Time

  • Most orders are printed, packaged, and shipped within 24–48 business hours.

  • Bulk and wholesale orders may require additional time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options

  • Free Shipping: All U.S. orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $100 will include a flat-rate shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, contact us before placing your order for rush shipping options.

In-Store Pick Up

  • Customers near Van Alstyne, TX may choose Pick Up In-Store at checkout.

  • Pick-up orders are usually ready within 24–48 hours.

  • You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready.

  • Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Expedited options (when available) may reduce delivery to 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, DTF 2 Print is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • If the package is damaged upon arrival, please email us photos within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim.

International Shipping

Currently, DTF 2 Print only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
